We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cellumove purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process.

30-Day Refund Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refunds requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original packaging with all included accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email supportcellumove@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item has any visible damage. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. After we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
  • Items without original packaging
